Accessibility and Parking at Craiglinnhe House
Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests there are some period features which could make access difficult for those with limited mobility. However we try to make Craiglinnhe House as accessible as we can so please contact us to discuss your individual needs. Please see our disability access statement for further information.
There are 5 parking spaces in our free car park, enough for one per room: 4 in bays and one at the corner of the house.
Craiglinnhe House offers a lounge exclusively for guest use. The lounge benefits from a wood burning stove and is located at the front of the house with great views. A perfect place to relax with a single malt or a pint of local Scottish ale.
Experience a peaceful and relaxed breakfast whilst enjoying views across the loch. A made to order breakfast, linen tablecloths, fresh flowers and napkins add to a feeling of quality. This room is also available to guests at other times by prior arrangement.
Food and Drink
Breakfast consists of a buffet selection of cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts, oat granola and fresh fruit salad, as well as porridge and a full Scottish cooked breakfast and lighter options. We also offer a vegetarian breakfast menu.
We have an “honesty bar” providing a selection of whiskies, beers, spirits and soft drinks. Wine by the glass and bottles are also available. Simply sign for your drinks and pay when you leave. Guests may drink their own drinks in their rooms or in the guest lounge for a small corkage charge (to include glasses/ice if required).
Please make us aware in advance of any specific dietary requirements you may have.
For evening meals, we are surrounded by good quality restaurants and pubs a short drive away. The Holly Tree Hotel’s bar and restaurant is within walking distance or a short 2 minute drive. The Loch Leven hotel’s bar and restaurant is approximately two miles away, and the Loch Leven Seafood Cafe approximately 6 miles away. There is also the Laroch in Ballachulish village and the Clachaig Inn at Glencoe a 15 minute drive away.
We are very pleased to have been awarded Visit Scotland’s ‘Taste our Best’ which acknowledges our policy to support Scottish food suppliers and source good quality Scottish produce wherever possible.
