Bramley Apple Shortcake

Honey-sweetened Bramley apples encased in a rich shortcake pastry, and served with home-made custard.

Smoked salmon with potato salad, horseradish & capers

Locally smoked salmon served with a salad of potatoes, chives & capers, and a horseradish flavoured mayonnaise.

Pork in a Tarragon & Apple Sauce

Medallions of pork fillet in a tarragon, apple, & brandy sauce, served with mashed potatoes, red cabbage and carrots.

Cranachan

Our take on the traditional Scottish sweet; raspberries and whipped cream flavoured with honey and whisky, and combined with sweet roasted oatmeal.

A fillet of salmon baked in a pistachio nut, parmesan and gruyere cheese crust, and served with roast potatoes and ratatouille.

Chocolate Fondant

Firm on the outside and deliciously soft within. Served with a raspberry coulis and ice cream.
